Ohwellgo is a personal travel design website created by Nicolás Gómez, an independent Travel Experience Designer affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.
All bookings and payments are processed securely through Fora's platform, following its agency policies. Every hotel, property, or experience has its own terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund rules.
My travel design services are billed per travel week:
All design fees are non-refundable.
Any modification (like changing destinations or adding new experiences) after we begin the design process adds a 25% adjustment fee.
Each trip design includes up to four itinerary presentations. For group or event travel (8+ travelers, weddings, honeymoons, or corporate trips), a custom proposal will be provided.
Please note: I act as a travel designer and advisor, not as a hotel or service provider. I am not responsible for cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third parties. I always recommend purchasing travel insurance — either through Ohwellgo, Fora, or your own provider.

Ohwellgo only collects basic personal information (like your name, email, and travel preferences) to create and share personalized travel itineraries.
I don't store or access payment details — all transactions are handled through Fora's secure booking platform. Your data is never sold or shared with unauthorized parties.

Hotels offering basic rates generally do not include perks or preferential treatment, while higher-category properties may offer added benefits based on their own policies.
